What You May Do
You may share a link to any page on this site freely. You may print a recipe for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not republish a recipe in full, copy our photographs, or reproduce our written content on another site, in a video, or in print without written permission. If you would like to feature a recipe, link to the original page and use a short description in your own words — that is always welcome.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe material on Simmer Moo infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice through our contact page. We respond to complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material that is found to be infringing.
What Your Notice Must Include
To be actionable under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL of the specific material on this site that you are asking to be removed, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
An incomplete notice may delay our response. Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages under the DMCA.
Counter-Notification
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
